Terms of service

The service

OhMyMiles connects to your Tesla account through Tesla’s official Fleet API to log trips and charging, build mileage reports, and send the remote commands you choose. OhMyMiles is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Only connect vehicles you own or are allowed to manage, and keep your sign in details safe.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including AI assistants you connect.

Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans start with a 7 day free trial. If you don’t cancel during the trial, your plan starts and is billed through Stripe.
• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the app under Menu, Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime access is a one time payment for as long as OhMyMiles operates.
• If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14 day right to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use the service right away you agree that it begins during that period.
• We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.

Remote commands and automations

Commands you send, automations you set up and actions you allow AI assistants to take are carried out on your instruction. Always make sure it’s safe before unlocking, opening the frunk or trunk, or moving climate and charging settings. Commands depend on Tesla’s servers and your car’s connection, and may be delayed or fail.

Mileage reports

OhMyMiles records trips from your vehicle’s data and calculates deductions at published standard rates. You are responsible for tagging trips correctly and for what you file. Our reports are a record keeping tool, not tax, legal or financial advice. Check with a tax professional for your situation.

Availability

We work to keep OhMyMiles running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and it depends on Tesla’s API, which Tesla may change or limit. Current status is on the status page.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data or vehicles, overload our systems, or resell access.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your profile, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or leave payments unpaid.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
